Paulina Susana Rubio, mejor conocida en el medio musical como Paulina Rubio, es una cantante, actriz, conductora, modelo y empresaria. Nació en Ciudad de México, México, el 17 de junio de 1971. Logró el reconocimiento como miembro original del grupo pop Timbiriche desde 1982 hasta 1991, seguidamente estrenó en 1992 su álbum debut como solista "La chica dorada". Significado del nombre Paulina Rubio tomó su apodo musical de su nombre de nacimiento.
