David Pierre Guetta, mejor conocido sólo como David Guetta, es un DJ (disc jockey) y productor discográfico francés de música electrónica, house y dance. Nació en París, Francia, el 7 de noviembre de 1967, es hijo de un restaurador marroquí de confesión judía. Inició su carrera musical a los 17 años, como disc jockey en discotecas locales. Paralelamente, estudiaba Derecho. Comenzó tocando y mezclando en “Broad”, una discoteca de Les Halles, en el centro de París. En esa época, los DJ mezclaban la música en las discotecas, escondidos del público. Así, David Guetta declaró a los medios: “Cuando comencé en París, el DJ era un anónimo, un menos que nada.
